Fitness / Exercise
Immerse yourself in a variety of fitness classes such as: Pilates, Yoga, Step, Stretch, Indoor Cycling, Toning, Water Aerobics, Tai Chi, Hip-Hop, Circuit Training and Outdoor Mountain or Road Cycling. This is your chance to be away from home and to try something new or enjoy something familiar.
Example of our daily schedule:
6:30 am - Hike / Walk
9:30 am - Breakfast
10:00 am - Cooking Demo
10:30 am - Basic step
11:30 am - Water Aerobics
12:45 pm - Lunch /Break
2:30 pm - Kickboxing
3:30 pm - Living Drums
4:30 pm - Gentle Yoga
5:30 pm - Dinner
6:15 pm - Evening Lecture
