Swedish Massage - The most common form of massage. Swedish massage helps relax the muscles and ease aches, pains and soreness after a good day of exercise and hiking.

Deep Tissue Massage - This method target specific areas of the body to relieve pain and unlock deep seated tension.

Hot Stone Massage - The benefit of heated stones relieves tension and encourages a deep state of relaxation, followed by an appropriate massage to ease muscle aches and pains.

Sports Massage - A treatment consisting of three components -- Pre-Event: a warm-up designed to improve joint flexibility and circulation to muscles to reduce injuries. Inter-competition: targets specific muscles being used in the sport. Post-Event: A wind down massage to minimize soreness and maximize recuperation time.

Emotional Release Massage – Every cell in the body has a memory. Traumatic events in our lives are stored and often triggered when unwanted. Strategic Holds in the body and head are utilized to release blocked energy. Most participants claim to feel “lighter” and more “at peace” post-session.

Salt Glow Experience - After a day of sun, fun and a lot of activity...relax while your therapist gently and effectively removes surface dryness and awakens circulation. A finishing application of body butter with a Swedish Massage leaves skin renewed and glowing.
