Nutrition
Calorie consumption is directly relative to weight loss and we believe decisions made nutritionally will make or break your success. Therefore, our meals are composed of whole grains, fruit s, and vegetables. Each meal is portion controlled and calorie counted. This takes the thinking and guessing away from having to count calories while attending. We will teach you throughout the week(s) how to make good nutrition a common practice in your life.

Breakfast - Egg white Omelet, French Toast
Lunch - Soups, Salads and Sandwiches
Dinner - Enchiladas, lasagna, sauteed vegetables
Dessert - Sorbet, Chocolate Mousse
Education
Our dietitian, chef, and exercise professionals give educational lectures. These lectures are to prepare each guest to return home with a game plan. Lecture topics include, but are not limited to: Label reading/portion control, exercising efficiently, weight training, mindful eating, calorie counting and cooking demonstrations.
